Well, you know how in the third paragraph of the Intercept article you just shared it said that there was no raw intelligence in the leak? That specific thing that the leak does not have would’ve been moving closer to hard evidence, if it had been there. The Intercept leak is just one more intelligence report of IC people saying “here’s what we think happened”. That isn’t anything new, and it’s less than worthless coming from the NSA, who were just proven completely wrong about Russians hacking the French election. We need hard, testable proof. There has been literally none.
