That’s not how the burden of proof works. The burden of proof is on the accuser, and that burden is lightyears away from having been met. You don’t get to shift that burden onto me by demanding that I come up with a narrative about what did happen. The UK is making a baseless claim which just got even more baseless with the chief executive of Porton Down’s laboratory making claims in direct contradiction to those made by Boris Johnson. Skepticism is the only rational position when it comes to claims made by the same power establishment that lied us into Iraq, and right now the facts encourage more skepticism, not less.
