No. That might work in a fair and just world where every asshole gets his day in court, but there are many many assholes running countries all across the world right now, and we are focussed solely on one. It does not work. While the warmongers can control the focus of not just the US populace but the western populace at large through the mainstream media, this is just propaganda and I won’t pretend it isn’t, and you shouldn’t either.
