I see no strong case to be made that this would be anything other than capitalism continuing its inevitable trajectory toward degradation and exploitation. Mixing in sexy words like "fascism" when you really just mean the capitalists are ruining the capitalism isn't an argument. You can't draw a clear line between the plutocrats who are talking about a reset to all the authoritarian measures being implemented around the world (including in unabsorbed governments like China and Russia) to a monolithic global power grab.
