As I said multiple times in the article that you are commenting on, extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, especially when they’re coming from a government that manipulates data to advance geopolitical agendas as in Iraq, and an agency whose confident assessment on France was just proven spectacularly wrong in the NSA. The Intercept article you linked says explicitly that not only do the leaks contain no extraordinary evidence, but that they contain no hard evidence whatsoever.
